Meeting with the rector of the university and management of the financial and economic service 

 In accordance with the recommendations of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine on October 20, 2020 the project manager Ivan Artyomov met with the rector of Uzhhorod National University Volodymyr Smolanka, the heads of the financial and economic service of the university, the head of the planning and financial department Maria Churey, the chief accountant Ruslana Vovchanska, and deputy chief accountant Olena Tovt. On the agenda of the meeting was a discussion of the project implementation on the principles of integrity, non-profit, targeted use of funds.

Ivan Artyomov informed the participants of the meeting that the project team aims to ensure high quality materials, their institutionalization (introduction into the educational process), ensuring the sustainability of results.

Deputy Chief Accountant Olena Tovt, a member of the working group, reported on the project budget, the cost of items and emphasized the importance of co-financing by the university. The heads of the financial and economic service of the university clarified some aspects of the targeted use of funds for the project. Oksana Sviezhentseva, a member of the team and Head of the Department of International Relations, shared her experience in implementing international projects at Uzhhorod National University.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to support the implementation of the project by the university management both in terms of institutionalization of its results (introduction of developed training courses in the educational process) and in terms of co-financing.
